Personal Faith
Religion and good intentions mean nothing without personal faith in the Name of our Lord Jesus.
Spiritual Audit (from a UK Baptist Church) - Check out your Fruits of the Spirit, also sermons by Brenda Williams on Fruits of the Spirit and by James Cooke on Gifts of the Spirit. We encourage each member of the fellowship to develop their own faith and we have used a number of means to help the Holy Spirit change the hearts of individuals:
Bible
Study
Read your Bible. Various Bible Study Notes are promoted on our Bookstall.
Homegroups
All members of the church are encouraged to join a Homegroup.

Your Faith
Your own faith, be it great or the size of the proverbial mustard seed, will be increased when you show your love for others. This can be by helping in the many and varied activities in the church, or there are many opportunities outside the church.
Bible
Study Fellowship International (BSF)
A number of individuals in our
fellowship regularly attend Bible Study Fellowship
Alpha Courses
We hold regular Alpha courses
for non-churchgoers to ask questions about the Christian faith and learn about
Jesus, and for churchgoers to establish or develop their personal faith.
Click here for details of the next course in the Parish.
Christianity Explained
A Christianity Explained course, adapted by Jeff Wattley, took place in 2005.
Christianity
Explored course was developed originally by Dick Lucas at All
Souls Langham Place .
Freedom in Christ
Two Freedom in Christ discipleship courses took place in 2005/6.
Women’s World Day of Prayer
Each year we join with the churches
of Bramley, Shamley Green & Grafham to support the Women's World day of Prayer. In 2008 in March a Bible Study and special
Service were held at Wonersh, led by Revd Margot Spencer. This was co-ordinated by Jackie Vass; see the article in the Parish Magazine.
Missions
A week long mission event, called Feast for Life, assisted by the Saltmine Theatre Company was
held in Summer 2004, which involved many local schools and many non-church
members. This was for the development of
personal faith as much as outreach.
Special Event
A small team, led by Jeff
Wattley, attended the 2005 Willow Creek
World Conference held at
Christian Breaks & Gaps.
A number of our young (and not so young) take time away to broaden their life experiences and explore their Christian faith If you are looking at this course of action then you may want to check out the Christian Breaks & Gap Year page.
